We arrived just before closing time, the girls were very accommodating. We were advised not to rush & take our time, we were offered a hot drink whilst deciding our bed. Our experience was a pleasant one. A* to Dreams from me

Ladies called Debbie and Louise gave us a very friendly greeting as, soon as we went into shop, was even offered a drink, the ladies were very friendly and knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses, was offered pillows to go with bed but we didn't need any, Would definitely recommend and woukd definitely return 🙂

Nice calm and happy atmosphere

The lady wasreally helpful & knowledgable. She spent a lot of time with us & made us feel at ease, very comfortable & welcoming especially when I needed to breastfeed my baby. We had a really pleasurable experience making our decision, she took the stress out of it for us.

Louise was excellent at helping us find the best mattress for us that was within our budget. She was extremely friendly and despite being on her own that day she remain patient as I made an error when setting up the finance. Louise is the reason we purchased both a bed and mattress on left as very satisfied customers! Thanks Louise

We were highly satisfied with the purchase of our divan bed , as soon as we came into the store we were offered a drink made to feel at home.We already knew Laura & Michelle from a previous purchase last year, we had bought a fantastic bed and all that went with it for our daughter.Sadly our daughter has moved out with her boyfriend so we had to buy another bed.The girls were brilliant offering fantastic customer service and product knowledge, so good like last time and remembering us.We would certainly recommend our friends and family to dreams for the friendliness and great custoner service throughout.
