Informative, polite and helpful staff. Very pleasant experience which would have been more pleasant with the cup of coffee offered, but we had just had one!

We entered the store and were greated by a member of your team who explained the colour coding of each mattress and firmness rating. We felt under no pressure to purchase a mattress which gave us the time we needed to decide which was the right one for us. Your colleague did come over on a number of occasions to answer some of the questions we had about the mattresses, offers and payment options. Once we decided on a mattress we asked for a quote and were very happy with the package your team were able to put together

Louise, the assistant in the aintree branch in liverpool greeted me when i arrived in the store,asked if i knew what kind of bed i was looking for,i explained what bed i would like ( otoman bed with side opening) and as i saw a similar item on the website she took time to search on the computer for me. I was looking for a single bed but the item i liked wasnt available in this size so she kindly showed me other beds available that were not listed on the website. She kindly searched for deals for me and even found me a headboard in the clearance section with the same size bed and colour i wanted. She was extremly helpful. I only went in the store to browse but louise was so helpful and efficient that i purchaed the bed there and then. I will have no hesitation in returning back to the same store in the future. She was helpful,talked me through every aspect of my order and delivery. Couldnt have asked for anything more

The staff were very helpful showed us aroud good explanation on all products made us a coffee and then left us to look and try the products never felt pressured at all very relaxed atmosphere will definitely recommend that store

Great staff , great price got a really good deal for our mattress and staff member in aintree store even got us new quilt cover and pillows for our budget overall very happy.

I was greeted on arrival and given enough time to browse before I was approached, inny offered his assistance and was very helpful .

Louise, was really helpful explained the importance of a good pillow, I have tried it now for 3 weeks, all I can say is money well spent! I though £85 for a pillow was slightly steep, but really happy in fact more than happy. Now I wake up with no more neck ache.

Staff were informative, had a lovely attitude, spent time explaining products and ensured that we had an appropriate date for delivery of the bed and they did not pressurise to sell products we diid not need. Additionally on the return to the shop to buy the products we had discussed earlier they remembered exactly what we wanted.
