Sales assistant was very knowledgable but not pushy

We were approached quickly to see if we needed any help. The assistent asked us about the type of mattress we wished to purchase and encouraged us to try out the one we were interested in. The order was completed efficiently and after completion went through the paperwork. The assistant was pleasant and helpful.

The advisor Neil was fantastic! He couldn't of done anything more for me and my partner. He explained everything in great detail and helped us pick the best mattress and pillows. We found the whole experience Amazing!

All the staff where really friendly an helpful and made the whole experience really easy

I came in looking for a bed not knowing which one I actually wanted. Louise who assisted us through it all and offered complimentary drinks and advice was very helpful and made our choice very clear as to which bed we would buy - we would definitely buy from here again. Very happy.

It was August bank holiday when we went to the store in Aintree.We were looked after by a lady named Diane.We knew what we wanted and explained our needs.Diane advised us in respect of the different mattresses available. After choosing themattress it was then deciding which base to have and more importantly the colour, which she matched with the headboard. There was a sale on which for the amount of money spent, we saved a considerable amount of money. We were given a nice cup of coffee too.

Returned to store to buy additional bedroom furniture to match bed purchased earlier in year, price competitive and staff extremely helpful and pleasant

I received help without feeling pressured to purchase. Every effort was made to find product within my price range and to the specifications I requested.

The staff were helpful throughout our entire visit assisting us with their knowledge of the mattresses and helping us with our needs. My partner and I had different opinions on what we needed and what we wanted and they helped us make a decision which we were both happy with. They also offered us tea or coffee while we were there which was nice

Was pleased with the welcome I received, very helpful to what I wanted, even offered me a hot drink,, so yes very inviting and knowledgeable staff.
