Very lovely colleges in this store, very helpfull and very patient, answered all are questions making sure we know all the information that we needed before buying. they didn't make me feel like they were trying to get me to buy like you get at some other shops. notcing I was pregnant they made me feel very welcome an made sure I didn't need anythink e.g a drink or to sit down extra. I feel the colleges went above an beyond. Very happy with are visit to the store.

Neil was very friendly and helpful throughout the visit. I visited with my mother who has a disability and the staff were more than happy to assist her while I was shopping. Great customer service skills.

The salesperson was highly knowledge about what kind of mattress would be best for bad backs. I was also with my 3 year old daughter and staff where kind enough to let her use their toilet (on more than one occasion) while we where testing out mattresses.

excellent service by the very helpful staff. Good offers were on at the time of our visit. The bed we ordered was available promptly for delivery which coincided with the completion date for our first home together.
