We got amazing deal. Customer service assistant was fantastic- really nice and helpful, she understood straight away what we wanted. We probably got the best bed we ever had. Will visit your store again and recommend to family and friends.

All the staff were excellent and took a lot of time helping us. The first lady, I forget her name, Debbie and Neil were all extremely helpful with advice and took time to make sure we were choosing the right mattress.

Within a couple of minutes of entering the store I was approached by a member of staff who asked politely if I needed help. When I enquired about the mattress I was interested in, he confirmed one was in stock and we went up in the lift to the 1st floor to view the mattress. I spent a good amount of time trying the mattress and was not hurried in any way. A cup of coffee was offered and I accepted. The man who served me (Neil) suggested another mattress I might look at, which also met my needs and we did this. I tried both and was not hurried in any way. Neil had the product information at his fingertips, but was not at all pushy. I decided on my purchase and the order went through very efficiently. We had a very friendly conversation and I was very happy indeed with the service I received. I was delighted to hear about the guarantee under which I can return my mattress after 30 days if not satisfied. I have had a lot of trouble finding a suitable mattress so this was an added attraction as far as I am concerned.

The assistant Neil was excellent. He listened to what we wanted and gave us a variety of options to choose from. He was friendly and remained professional. I would definitely recommend this store as Neil was excellent. Thanks so much.
