Are service was outstanding at the dreams store in Liverpool Aintree, we was rang by Louise who works there telling us there was a offer on a mattress and we come away with full new bedroom furniture for our new home in September, Louise explained you could hold our items until September with no holding fee. The staff at the liverpool store was extremely helpful whilst me and my husband were discussing things the staff was entertaining our one year old daughter who was running around the store!! Which was so helpful! - I can't thank the liverpool store enough!! Thank you so much 😀!!!!

After searching around afew bed stores like Benson's for beds and Carpets and beds. We decided to checkout Dreams as my sister had bought her last bed from you. We walked into the store and was greeted right away by Susie, she asked what type of bed l was looking for. After telling Susie my disaster of buying a Tempur cloud mattress only 5 months ago and paying alot of money for it, and not being happy with it and wanted to go back to a spring mattress she showed me a blue ticket mattress a customer had ordered but after placing the order cancelled. The price was really good reduced from £1799 to £869, we asked if Susie could get it down to £800 as it was my birthday to my surprise she did. Plus an extra little bonuses was she managed to throw in a couple of pillows too. Super happy.

I was greeted with happy smiling faces the minute I walked through the door, I was served by Susie, who was extremely pleasant and not pushy, she asked me all th right questions and explained the difference between all the different mattresses. I was advised to lay on the beds to compare the firmness and comfort, I was offered pillows which I was a bit dubious about, but am pleased to say they were spotlessly clean. I was supplied with coffee even before I had agreed to purchase my mattress. I suffer from a speech impediment (stammer) but Susie treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I would recommend Dreams to anyone, fantastic service in store. All of the staff in store this morning were very friendly, and knowledgable about what they’re selling. I walked out of the shop feeling extremely happy with my purchase,

Friendly assistant with good knowledge, was easy to find what I wanted and get my order placed.

The member of staff we spoke to was Louise. Not only was she informative and friendly, she took time to understand our needs in that we have different preferences when it comes to the hard or softness of the mattress. I have a bad hip at present and we also discussed the difficulty getting in and out of bed. Louise also told us about the manufacture of the mattress in Tadcaster, alongside the Wharfe. Altogether a most satisfactory experience! Thank you Louise!

Louise was absolutely fantastic! She greeted us warmly, spent time chatting to our two daughters aged 9&7 and even printed off some colouring pages and got couloirs crayons for them to colour them in, she listened to my specific needs and advised us what would be the best option for my chronic pain, she went through everything with me and showed us a small selection of mattresses that would benefit me then she left us to test them for a while and went to play with the girls, we heard them giggling away and we had a good while to see which one we thought best, when we had chosen she started putting our order through, we bought new beds, mattresses, pillows, mattress protectors and toppers, each one advice was given on which the kids would find best and for ourselves. We couldn’t of been more pleased with the level of service and with Louise’s general friendly and chatty attitude. THANKYOU SO MUCH LOUISE. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful and our girls thought it a great place to go! All in all a fantastic place to buy with full knowledge in the products.

I went instore to purchase a cheaper bed and Deb didn’t try to encourage me to go for the more expensive bed I ended up buying. Normally sales people try to do this. I was impressed.
