The sales assist was very knowledgeable, she gave us space to explore the shop without bombarding us with sales pitches, we arrived quite late to the shop as we didn't realised it closed at 18.00, however they kept the shop open until we had completed the transaction at 18.45. excellent customer services skills from all the staff.

My husband and I had only started looking for bedroom furniture so only needed a quote and look around at first. Susie was very helpful and gave us the information we needed. After researching other furniture we decided to use dreams as they were competitive price wise. We were offered a cup of tea while placing our order, the whole process was very thorough.

We were very happy with the help given by the staff today, We were offered a drink while we were selecting our purchase we also got free pillows along with our new mattress all for a great price. The staff where very informative by explaining the different types of matrasses and helped us with our selection .I would highly recommend your stores to family and friends

Susie, the sales assistance offered tea, coffee & cakes that they were selling in store for 20p each before we even looked at any products within the store. She told us where the lift was for access to the upper sales floor and how to use it and was upstairs to assist us further before we’d got out the disabled lift. As my mum has difficulty walking up/down stairs. Not only was my mum looking for a mattress she was also looking for a chest of drawers, something which Susie was able to assist with & even provided extra pillows for mum when trying out the mattress & showed us chest of drawers that were available to buy online from yourselves, something which neither of us knew that Dreams offered.

The staff were friendly helpful and informative without pressurising me. They took the time to understand what i wanted, discussed my needs and then explained and directed me to the bed which met what I wanted within the budget i was willing to pay. The explained the credit application process and all aspects of the delivery in a considered and friendly and informative manner.

I was given a smile and a much needed cup of coffee (and cake) on my arrival. The staff were very attentive but gave me the time and space to look around quietly by myself. They were able to answer my questions about how the beds I was interested in were assembled. The purchasing process was very quick and simple and was explained clearly to me. I was also offered the option of buying any bedding I needed, to be delivered on the same day of purchase.
