The Sales Assistant a man called Abdi was very friendly and helpful with good customer care skills.

The customer services person Diane although new, had a good understanding and knowledge of the Tempur mattress range, she came across as very professional salesperson without being too pushy or aggressive. She was supported by her colleague during the completion of the paperwork for the interest free set up process. I have worked as a Sales Manager over the last 30 years and was very impressed and acknowledged the customer service that Diane had provided which is not always the case in retail sales environment

The assistant Abdi had a very good knowledge of the products we were looking for and gave us excellent advice. He listened carefully to our needs and showed us the appropriate products. We didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. He was very approachable, considerate, and courteous. The products were of a very good standard and quality. We have previously shopped at Dreams for beds and bedding and have always been very satisfied with the service.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped into the store. Louise was very friendly and knowledgeable. She offered assistance without being too pushy, and gave advice on the different products available. She dealt with the ordering process efficiently, and explained everything as she was going along. Overall we were highly satisfied with our experience at the store.
