From the moment me & my family walked into the store we were made to feel welcome. The staff even made our children at ease, they both have autism so shopping can be a nightmare at times so having someone who takes the time to make customers feel at ease is a big help! It was quite quick to find what we were looking for and the sales assistant Louise was so helpful & knowledgeable and answered all our questions which made our decision to purchase so much easier.

I was given all the information I needed. I changed my mind several times but Louise happily talked me through every option without being pushy.

The price in the sale was very reasonable and the staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Especially the 3 ladies in the shop on that shift.

We had visited the aintree store a few times before purchasing the items. Each time louise went above and beyond to ensure we got what was right for us. She spent a lot of time with our little boy including him in the decision for his bed and showing him how different mattresses are designed. Louise was very patient and friendly. Louise kept the shop open late so we could place the order. Louise advised of all the products and services available . Thank you louise !!

Staff where very friendly, provided all the information we required regarding the type of mattress I needed, even providing a pillow for me to try and told me to lie down for a few minutes on each mattress. Very impressed with the sleep well with your 40 night comfort guarantee, will exchange if the mattress is uncomfortable. Pleased with the buy a Acti Gel mattress, get a mattress protector free, also half price pillows and the 20% discount off the bed frame. Refreshments where also offered to us.
