Lousie looked after us during our visit to the aintree store. Made a great cup of coffee and didnt pester or mither us, which made us feel comfortable and eager to spend more time in store reviewing the mattresses. At time of sale, she was very attentive and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend dreams to friends and family.

Susie the Mattress Mistress was very considerate and saw to all of my needs, even showing me where the bathrooms could be located in-store after she offered me a hot beverage. She greeted me when I entered the store and offered me a pillow when I was testing out the various mattresses.

The staff were very welcoming especially Susie, and was very knowledgeable about what we needed.

Good service

We were highly satisfied with our experience of this particular branch of Dreams. The assistant (Abdi) greeted us as we entered the shop and was very attentive, polite and very knowledgeable about all the beds in the shop. We were offered coffee and asked if we would like to purchase packs of pillows. Overall it was a good experience and we shall be returning to Dreams for any future purchases.

The staff was very friendly and talk us through the bed we were buying he put us at ease gave us a cup of tea whilst we was filling in the forms plus he did not put us under any pressure lovely member of staff

We felt comfortable walking around the store and we were not pressured into a quick decision on wot we were buying in the store we were offered a cup of tea in store which was nice thanks Beth & Debra

We were highly satisfied because, after entering the store a member of staff greeted us and asked us if we needed help and we agreed, she then went on to show us all mattresses in our price bracket and let us try each one. when we had decided on the one we wanted, she offered us a drink and continued with the paperwork, bringing our attention to the offers on pillows and the recovery service for our old mattress, she was pleasant and friendly throughout.

Sales staff were friendly and informative. They allowed you to make your decision without any pressure being applied and gave you impartial advice about the various options available. Also gave you information on the various offers available to compliment your purchase.

The assistant was friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy.
