Overall experience was great. The staff were lovely and knowledgeable. Knew the bed I was after simply off the price I said it was. My only problem was the bed I wanted wasn't on display so I could see it before I ordered it. The staff we're fab though. Disappointed it would cost more to have it delivered at a weekend when I work full time through the week.

The only reason I am not likely to use this store again is that I am moving away from this area in the new year. My experience with all colleagues encountered in store, and with the drivers who delivered my first order was excellent. I do have an issue with one of the company policies - not to do with the staff at the store. For a while there was a possibility that I might need to return the mattress, still in its protective wrapping, but I was told when I rang customer services that they could not take it back because I had had it for more than 12 days. As it happens, a return is no longer needed, but I found the inability of the operative to even consider a return due to exceptional circumstances to be unreasonable and potentially unfair. You did ask!

I was satisfied but I never give highly for most things

The only thing that reduced my score was the price. As much as I feel that we got a good price for what we bought I do feel that some of the mattresses seemed much more expensive than what we had seen online.

not received the ordered item yet, I think that satisfied is a good answer. if I was not happy I would not made the purchase.

Wait time for delivery is ridiculous, as is the extortionate charge for a weekend delivery.

The choice of base was only available in one colour. Although it was cheaper than Bensons if I'd have taken the time to look online I believe I could have got a cheaper deal e.g. Amazon.

I was highly satisfied overall not sure about the price I paid as I would have to see how long the bed lasts?
