Susie the sales assistant was friendly and knowledgable about the products.

We tried the beds but did not find one we liked. I was satisfied with the shopping experience but your questions are badly worded/not specific to a bed store.

After placing my order and paying in full in store for Kingsize mattress, base & headboard I left the shop fully satisfied and happy, then the following morning recieved a call to say I could not have the base and headboard that I had payed for as the one that was sold to me had already been sold to someone else and they had nothing more to offer me but a refund so all I ended up with was a Kingsize mattress with nothing for it to go on as I have a double bed at home, I now have to go back out to find a Kingsize base with headboard, I am sorry now I went to dreams in the first place to be let down

My invoice was calculated incorrectly which was rectified after numerous phone calls and adjusted presently I am unable to pay the balance of my 2 items on account as discrepancy with 1 item your offices advise I have received delivery and this is incorrect. Both items were to be delivered same date!!! They were to look into the matter 2 days ago and no call back received yet!! The Aintree shop are not returning my calls and I left 3 voicemails. Final Payment is due by the 12/04/19 for delivery of purchase 19/04/19 however I am unable to contact Anyone to resolve this matter ?? This is now urgent and I am extremely dissatisfied with the aftercare.

The young lady (Elysia) shows us a number of beds, my mother of 91 years old was happy with the Lucia lifestyle bed with draws that pull out on wheels . Which was excellent for my mother in a small flat. On delivery today , and as paid for £75 assembly, it was a bed with no draws???

My overall experience was very positive, not happy with the length of time from order to delivery , over 2 weeks
