Berta is an amazing therapist! She is thoughtful in her approach to satisfy the client regarding sensitive or painful areas. I think the company has changed a great deal due to COVID-19.

The iPad used to check in was not cleaned in-between customers. Additionally, the seats were also not wiped down. I wanted to relax while I was waiting for my appointment however every customer checking out had concerns with their payment, points, coupons, and gift cards. it was far from the relaxing time I wanted to enjoy the cool waterfall.

I always love to come here! The front desk staff is great and there was a new girl and though she was learning and needed to ask due help, she was very professional and was not an annoyance at all. I observed her manager teaching her and coaching her with professionalism and patience while walking her through get question. They were also great about suggesting add ons and ensuring I was getting a great value by using packages and credits available to me.
