Upon arrival the greeting was warm and welcoming! The receptionist knew what service and add on that was requested over the phone. Checkout was pleasant and easily explained.

I am very upset with the lack of notification of the price increase. I received a 40% increase in the monthly membership. FORTY PERCENT! I find that to be an excessive increase as well as inconsiderate and rude to have not been notified.
