Trace was completely excellent with the perfect amount of pressure.

Appointment was at 6:00lm I came in early at 5:30pm to fill out paper work. We didn’t start the appointment till 6:15pm and we were done at 7:00pm I did not get my full hour

My esthetician, Elena, seem very knowledgeable about my particular skin problem which is rosacea. She definitely tailored my facial to my sensitive skin. There was a noticeable increase in softness of my skin following the treatment. I will be making another appointment with her!

Service was great and the manager did a great job with keeping her promise to me to provide an upgrade as a result of her ignorance towards people with disabilities. The one complaint I have with the last visit and no fault of the esthetician doing my facial was that her accent is so heavy I couldn’t understand anything she said. I basically had to smile and nod the whole time.

My therapist was highly knowledgable and helped me feel comfortable during my experience. I have been to other massage parlors but they were not as accommodating as hand and stone.

The therapist was very professional and straightforward . The location and parking are excellent. Memberships costs are reasonable

I have no complaints, I have been about 4 or 5 times to the Dunn loring location and all of the therapists and sessions I had were great. It seems a lot of attention to detail is paid in maintaining the ambiance and to the customer service as well.

As soon as I walked in the staff was very friendly. Elena gave me a facial and she was amazing! Hands down the best facial I’ve ever had! Definitely going back!
