the massage was wonderful. Trace was very professional. Front desk staff made me feel welcome.

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant. It was my first facial, and didn't know what to expect. The aesticician was very familiar with the products and how they could affect my skin.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to the Hand and Stone Vienna Location because of the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the location, the overall feel (calm, quiet, relaxing) and the professionalism of the massage therapist. I have been to 4 different locations and this is one of the top locations. The massage therapist was consistent and followed the procedures that I am used to from other Hand and Stone locations. I left feeling relaxed and calm.

I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable upon my arrival. Easy parking. Very nice experience.

Although I did try to book my appointment online through the app, and no one called me, when I did cthey had availability when I wanted it with a therapist who had the qualities I was seeking. The therapist I had, Phyllis, was very good, and appropriately focused on the areas I asked her to. I left feeling relaxed and much less tense than when I arrived.

The Vienna location seems to being having difficultly retaining staff. I saw yet another new massage therapist on Saturday who was Trace and he was excellent!

Phyllis the therapist was very good and really met my needs. The receptionist was also very friendly and attempted to make something we were upset about right.

Master Est. Isabella..... amazing! I was soooo late but as I was her last appt, she still honored my time.

Melissa, Phyllis, and Michelle are all very professional and very good at providing a relaxing and therapeutic environment. I always feel like they listen to my needs.
