End to end staff was friendly and seemed to share a culture of customer service dedication to helping people relax and improve health.

The last 2 therapist I have had were not my style of therapist, one was not very good & the other was slightly better but smelled like weed. Melissa was my therapist on Friday and is EXCELLENT, the best I’ve had in a long time. I hope she is happy there and stays!!

All of the workers at Hand and Stone are friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like my facial has improved my skin and I will be back again to continue treatments. I would recommend Hand and Stone to any family and friends.

I tried the new Hand and Stone in Merrifield and was pleasantly surprised by the skill of the therapist. The place was clean and neat and they started right on time.

I just didn't like the massage, I had a back pain after the massage and didn't feel relax. Didn't massage my arms or hands, didn't massage my shoulder well.

For the closer contact the guest with the therapyst, It is good idea to take the corporal temperature. At the front desk, it is great idea to continue to using the essential oils. The atmosphere music it was pretty low so I can not hear it enough. It is good idea, to create a enviroment where the guest can feel secure, using alcohol for cleaning the cradle inside and outside. The odor creates a pacefull mind for the client.

The massage itself was fine. The masseuse did not speak great English, so when she asked me what areas I wanted to focus on, I did not understand her the first time. When I asked her to please repeat, she got an attitude and raised her voice as if that would make her accent less heavy. At the beginning of the massage I said "ow" several times and she did not acknowledge it. She eventually adjusted the pressure after I told her it was too much. She also did not verbally communicate anytime she added something (oil, hot towel etc.) and I did not enjoy being surprised. I could hear my husband's masseuse communicating just fine. I wish mine had done the same. My body felt great after the massage, but I would not say it was the most relaxing experience. Coco was my masseuse. I would like to make future appointments with her, but I would really need her to be friendlier and more vocal when adding products on.
