Needed more extractions than I received. Some areas were missed with mask and lotion.

I was overall satisfied with my experience. My massage therapist made me feel comfortable. The massage felt great but they did not focus on an area I specified as a problem area.

Treatment started late, but Coco still have me the full 50 mins. She was upset that she was running late but it all worked out. I dislike the use of pillowcases on the face cradle and wish they'd get proper covers!

I was expecting a little bit more with the facial, especially problem areas. We'll see how the next appointment goes.

Coco is incredible. She did an amazing job and understood my needs completely. She listened to my concerns and worked on the areas that needed more time.

I’d like to understand what % of the costs the massage therapist receive. I wonder how ethical your business practices are!

I had booked a massage before the facial; the masseuse never showed!

Massage therapist was late, and my 90 minute massage only lasted 75 minutes. I told her the pressure was too hard, but she did not lighten it.

Felt like my massage was more of rubbing CBD Oil on my skin then actually applying pressure. Not sure what I paid for when I could have done that to myself at home. Facial by Katie was satisfactory as always.

Massages aren’t the full hour (not even 50 minutes sometimes).
