I have a membership, but am fairly new to the location. I had minor issues during my first two visits, but my last 2-3 visits have been great.

From walking into the room until therapist came in was 9 minutes. Therapist was good but somewhat impersonal. Prices keep going up and new fees added (transfer fee, etc). Not the same value for services received like it was in the past.

1) I was not about to book for more than one person at a time online 2) The response time on email questions was slow 3) It wasn't clear what products were used during the appointment

Exceptional massage option, value of 20$ not communicated while booking. Cost of the products and service is comparatively high.

Pressure could have been a little stronger and my friend also had a service and she was way off schedule. So I ended up having to wait for her for 45 minutes.

My local H&s in falls Church never have availability- I want to be able to book a massage when I need one - within a day or 2 - not a week later- I have tried other locations but that is a nuisance

I was rather spoiled from spas Bello and Gervais that I used to go to in OR. The room ambiance, including temperature, lighting, and music were all set prior to entry. The room was cold, lights on bright after going down a quiet darkened hallway and the music sounded like the speakers were a bit off. Masseuse was great but if you guys upped the room game and perhaps offered scents that maybe even played to chakras it might help.
