Overall I was satisfied, however, my aches and pains are still continuing. I think I needed to have a more relaxing massage versus deep tissue. I’ll be sure to ask for that next time!

When I like a therapist, they don't tend to stick around. It is difficult to get an appointment with a good therapist, understandably, but my schedule is limited. I'm not able to keep up with a monthly appointment.

I feel like my massage durations are often less than 50 minutes. It typically starts 5 to 10 minutes after the hour and ends at 10 minutes to the hour. It just seems like I’m missing out on time I’ve paid for.

I think it’s service mostly the same as Massage Envy but it costs more... I understand I don’t need to have a contract with you but It wasn’t hard when I canceled the membership with Massage Envy. We will see if I can get a good result of my skin!!

Therapists are hit and miss Hv has really great therapists and ok therapists

Padding was off face rest, so my cheekbone was on a hard surface, which left a bruise.

The appointment went over an hour. The facialist was extremely talkative during the facial, when I just wanted to relax. I also had trouble understanding her due to the fact that I had the towel over my ears and usually wear hearing aids. So I kept having to ask her to repeat herself because I couldn't hear her. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and I'm satisfied with the service but it just made for an awkward/stressful time for me.

I am not highly satisfied with many things in life. Thus I don’t rate many items highly satisfactory. Perhaps it’s because I have high standards.
