The location is VERY convienient to my apartment. It is clean, quiet and staffed with friendly people. My massage therapist was knowlegable, and gave a great massage. I would see my MT again.

Hand and Stone is a great way to treat myself and to relax. I enjoy the massages and the facials and the different options that are available. My experience with this location has always been a positive one!

John W. at the Vienna Hand & Stone is the best and I tend to stick to therapists who apply pressure well. They lost a previous therapist - Melissa - and I was contemplating cancelling until I found John. I think the quality of massage therapists determine retention.

I love my facials and estheticians...they are long term, consistent, knowledgeable..I don't have re-introduce myself and explain everything, every time! I do think this location could offer samples so that we can try before we buy any product. It will reduce return
