Friendliness of the front desk staff and masseuse. Respecting my time with the full 50 minute massage, and most of all, a very good massage which helped relieve muscle tensions and tenderness.

The facial was not only relaxing but my skin looked amazing afterward. The aesthetician went over my problem areas and helped me to identify products that I could use to address them, as well as different products for different times of year. I was very pleased with the service as well as the friendliness of the staff.

Services provided were very good and exactly what I needed. I am very happy with the clinicians and help provided at the front desk.

The receptionist, Jazz, did a great job when I called to book my appointment and when I checked in for my appointment. Phyllis, my massage therapist, gave one of THE best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. She listened to my concerns, did deep tissues as I had requested, and was extremely kind and professional.

It’s my first time at this location but it’s ok the only problem was the wait time

At the end of the service pressures on my shoulders were gone and I will certainly come back soon to get my shoulders’ muscles on good shape.

Ms.O is excellent. She listened to my problem and did the best she could. My one issue is your tip chart. I realized after too many visits that your % is based on your full price which I cannot believe anyone pays. I left less this time than your chart suggests. The problem is that with that Amt it says I was not happy which is incorrect. You are misleading your clients. I will be putting this warning on yelp shortly.
