It's a consistently good experience. The staff are friendly and very good at their jobs. I just wish there was one closer to where I live. It's a 20-40 min drive to the three local branches and the Vienna location has the best schedule

Booking the appointment was easy. I also had booked an appointment for my sister and we had to move the appointment back a half hour which was easy to do. Also I had changed my appointment from massage to facial which was also easy

Left feeling very relaxed. Staff incredibly helpful and warm. The facial expert was very knowledgeable and recommended how I can take better care of my face, which I very much appreciated.

My massage therapist always makes me feel welcomed and alleviates the problem aches/pains.

The team at Hand & Stone were very friendly and very welcoming, especially as this was my first facial ever. My facial was very good and very informative as well to keep my skin looking like I had a facial everyday.

I absolutely love Hand & Stone, and am so fortunate that it's right across the street from my residence. I wasn't familiar with H & S, so I tried it because of the convenience factor when it opened up. However, I keep going because of the highly positive experience I enjoy every time I go. From the moment I enter the spa, I am made to feel welcome and relaxed. The front office staff is understanding. My massage therapist, Trace, is wonderful - professional, friendly, and highly skilled. He's simply the best!
