I was skeptical to begin with because of past experiences with massage therapist, but was pleasantly surprised at hand and stone. Enjoyed the massage.

The atmosphere was nice. The staff was very friendly. I liked how they treated me well and educated me.

The ambiance of the spa overall was great and relaxing. The esthetician went above and beyond to discuss my skin problems and give me the best treatment. The employees at the spa are always welcoming and very helpful.

When I arrived, the receptionist was immediately friendly and helpful. Once I filled out the paperwork, the esthetician was ready and waiting to begin my session. The ambiance was calming and smelled wonderful. I will definately be back!

Everyone was great

I called the Chantilly location on Friday afternoon, looking for a last-minute appointment for a massage. There was nothing available until 7:15 pm, which I declined. But the managed (Adrienne) called the other Virginia locations and found me something at 6:00 pm in Vienna, which was on my way home. People at both locations called me to confirm my times and make sure I was taken care of, and Adrienne even called me after my appointment ended (at the other location) to check on my experience. I loved it so much I added on a facial following my massage and started a membership. Fantastic customer service!
