I had the most wonderful massage with great pressure level and technique! It was a relaxing experience, and I would definitely return for another massage in the future.

There is amazing service upon entering and the customer service, friendliness, politeness and smiles from being greeted to receiving the massage from the therapist. The therapist greets to asking needs for that day's service. The atmosphere is so relaxing from start to end with utmost professionalism.

It's usually a gamble with taking a random massage therapist at Hand and Stone. Very satisfied with this therapist. Was fantastic. Also - the lady at the desk was very respectful and courteous. I am not interested in buying a membership - and she did not ask. Thank you.
