There is amazing service upon entering and the customer service, friendliness, politeness and smiles from being greeted to receiving the massage from the therapist. The therapist greets to asking needs for that day's service. The atmosphere is so relaxing from start to end with utmost professionalism.

It's usually a gamble with taking a random massage therapist at Hand and Stone. Very satisfied with this therapist. Was fantastic. Also - the lady at the desk was very respectful and courteous. I am not interested in buying a membership - and she did not ask. Thank you.

From the moment I spoke with Nick on the phone to make my appointment to the moment I left after my appointment this location was AMAZING. Their customer service is beyond great. They go above and beyond and are so thoughtful.
