My massage and facial service was great

I have been a Hand and Stone member for the last 2 years. I have consistently have a wonderful experience. I have been working with Felicia at the West Village location for the past 6 months and have never had a more wonderful and diligent massage therapist. I have recommend her and this particular Hand and Stone location to all of my friends.

Quick appointments for two persons but didn’t like the noise which I was told is coming from construction next door

My massage therapist has gotten to know my needs and problem areas, but still checked to make sure nothing changed. Her consideration and ability to help me relax and work out the kinks is what makes me keep coming back. I’m so sad to hear that she’s leaving but I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment with another therapist at this location

Bernice is the best massage therapist that I've ever had. She listens to her clients and tailors to their needs. She is always kind and a great conversationalist. I would recommend everyone to Bernice!
