Great facial! I don’t remember the lady’s name though. I would also appreciate if the confirmation text included location information as there are several locations in my area and I occasionally forget which one I booked!

I've been to a couple different locations and both have been clean and well managed. It took a few different appointments to find a regular person to regularly schedule with. I try to schedule with the same person but if they are booked up. the others are just as good. Some times you have to pre-book ahead for your ideal time but they are good at sending reminders and contacting you if there's been a cancellation or something. I usually get massages but I did have a facial and it has changed my skin and life! I will start being a regular on facials as well as massages now.

Everything always goes well. And if there’s a problem I have no doubt hand and stone will do whatever it takes to fix.

The appointment started at the scheduled time and ended when it was supposed to. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. And my massage therapist is very good and listens to my requests.
