The front desk staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door and was waiting on my arrival. They used my name after they confirmed my identity and offered me a water. My Massage Therapist, Ken, was extremely knowledgeable, listened to my pain points, and offered remedies outside of the massage for pain management. This made me feel like he cared for my overall well-being instead of just pushing other products or services. With that in mind, I will definitely return to the West Village location.
