Hand and Stone

I left Massage Envy because the staff was not well trained and educated in dealing with customers. Coming to this location has been a breath of fresh air, especially dealing with Katelyn.

Everytime I go to Hand and Stone West Village I'm greeted warmly, given great customer service,and my massages are done within time and well. Every massage therapist I've had are friendly and listen to the client. I havent had a bad experience at Hand and Stone West Village! I don't see a reason to go anywhere else and would recommend it anyone!

My appointment was easy to schedule via phone and they were able to get me in on short notice. Friendly reception staff.
