The people that helped at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Additionally, my massage therapist was very good at focusing on my problem areas, and overall massage technique. My only dissatisfied comment: the comfort of the massage table. The head piece doesn’t lock and it put a lot of pressure on my neck and jaw. It did affect my experience more than a normal amount.

Both my massage and facial were done professionally and with care. The staff were very polite and catered to all of my needs.

Bernice is fantastic! A superb listener and addresses my trouble areas checking for improvement at she works on the area(s). The front desk is amazing! Professional, they remember me, and they are kind and easy-going, happy people. My experience is positive, relaxing, and happy consistently. Thank you!

The concept of 50 minute massage including consultation is a little misleading leaving barely 40 mins for actual massage or service for the price charged. I am a member and have friends who are members and share the same thought. Management needs to better strategize this

The receptionist was waiting to greet me when I entered the spa. The massage therapist asked if I had any areas that I wanted him to focus on. I left feeling more relaxed and having loose muscles.

The making of the appointment and the receptionist were both excellent. The Massage Therapist read me well... perfect pressure. No need to chit chat until it was done. She didn't pressure me to talk but listened at the end when I did. She was super professional and real. I relaxed more with her.

Great massage, good price quality, only think that could be improved is that the appointments on the phone and the online appointments don't seem to synch, I'd like to be able to see my history and booked appointments (regardless on how I do the booking) online

I thoroughly enjoy being made to feel welcomed wherever I go to be waited on or serviced. I recently discontinued going to a chain massage place because the staff members were not as attentive as I required, i.e., I had to repeat instructions and requests to persons not trained to listen carefully.

We have been here twice and have thoroughly enjoyed our experiences so far. The second appointment, my masseuse gave me the full 50min which I appreciated. She was very nice and did Ana amazing job. I would only recommend posting the fan the other way. Other than that, superb experience!
