The massage therapist was very nice and focused on my trouble areas. She was very knowledgeable in the areas I was having trouble with and provided good follow up recommendations after the massage.

Always extremely professional from start to finish. I feel Taylor is a great asset to Hand and Stone.

My wait time was very short and the space was very clean. My esthetician was very nice and addressed my skin issues. She also gave me great samples to try for my next Appt.

The atmosphere is wonderful, the facial is great just wish the Hydrafaical was an option at this location like others

We missed our original appointment and the manager accommodated us with the next available slot. The masseuse was friendly and courteous as well did a very well job in trying to target my tense shoulder/upper back area. I enjoyed this visit, specially her taking the time to really tackle my tense area instead of just passing by it. My last massage was at the Mandarin Spa in Vegas and this place outperformed them. Good job!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Full-size water bottles would be greatly appreciated.

The therapist make this location great. The front desk staff is always new or unorganized. The ability to get them on the phone has been increasingly difficult. The therapists adream and felicia are the only reason I return
