The front desk is exceptional. Kaitlyn is the best and consistently goes above and beyond to make my experience perfect! After months of looking for the right MT I had a conversation with Kaitlyn. After talking to me about my needs, she recommended Beatrice and she's been the perfect fit! Beatrice has the best approach and my overall health has improved since I started seeing her regularly. Thanks to Kaitlyn, Beatrice, and the rest of the team for making Hand & Stone such a great experience!

I started at Hand & Stone before my wedding, as I needed a lot of help to relax. The membership program was so enticing that I signed up right on the spot. I have not regretted my decision and have referred many friends. I also love the facials, such a great value. I'm very thrilled with all of my experiences at Hand & Stone, and look forward to returning for my next service!

Jaqi is a terrific masseuse and she is the reason I joined the monthly membership plan. The building and rooms are always clean. The front staff is always helpful and friendly.

Everything runs on time, the massage is great, it is a seamless operation except for the booking. The front desk keeps getting my appointments confused with my daughter's, causing accidental cancellations and rescheduling.

The service was wonderful, punctual and educational. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The facial lady was very nice, informational, listened to my tragic areas of concern of my face.
