My therapist gave me suggestions. He encouraged me to begin my day with a good stretch. He also encouraged me to keep drinking water and being mindful of how I begin each day. I'd never considered the importance of such!

Appointments were on time. Esthetician was friendly and addressed my concerns with my combination skin. Informed me of product recommendations without being pushy.
