My first experience and i wouldn't change it for the world. The reception area was clean and the front desk clerks were very kind. Also my massage therapist was the best.

Overall, the experience was very relaxing and professional. No challenging language/accent barriers, and comfortable atmosphere. I can tell a lot of detailed planning went into the design of the full customer experience.

My technician did not show up so I was offered a free facial next visit so I appreciate the inconvenience being taken care off. The staff was very friendly. I learned some specifics about my skin.

I love Hand & Stone! It's clean and easy to book. I have recommended it to many friends. The staff is super friendly and every person I've booked with has been great. The facials are top notch and the massages are great. The membership pricing can't be beat either. I'm a huge fan and love going!

I had a very stressful day at work and was ready to get my massage. This was much needed and everyone was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. This location is far from my house, but close to my job so I will be sure to schedule more post work visits in the future. Fernando did an amazing job.
