The massage therapist was the best I've had yet - super technical and I would like to use Jade again

The front desk staff are very professional and polite. They make booking the appointment and checking in/out very easy. The lobby was very clean and pleasant. The massage room was clean and kept. Ken performed my massage and did an amazing job. He really knows how to give a great massage. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Jose and Elizabeth at the front desk made everything perfect. And the manager Nick was very polite too!

All staff were friendly and welcoming. The massage room environment was clean and relaxing. The massage was very effective at relieving my aches and pains and the massage therapist spent plenty of time on my area of concern

My only feedback on areas that could be improved: The waiting area isn’t very cozy or spa-like and the towels are scratchy! Everything else has been great

The staff is always so friendly and helpful and always remember my name. Both Jackie and Ray are highly-skilled massage therapist and are always listening to my request and issues. The overall experience is been positive and I leave there feeling relaxed.

Staff was exceptional. Elizabeth did a phenomenal job explaining the administrative items to me as well as overall offerings at Hand and Stone. The assistant manager was very kind and courteous as well. Bridigitte is an exceptional therapist. Best massage I’ve ever had.

Ginger always does an amazing job. She is extremely knowledgeable throughout the service and makes appropriate product recommendations. I have seen a major improvement to my skin. Ginger is the reason why I have kept my membership.
