The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient location and short wait times. Many options and packages to choose from. Overall, it was a pleasure.

Jackie A. was absolutely incredible. Easily the best & most effective massage I’ve ever gotten. I will absolutely keep my membership just to continue seeing her at least once a month.

Couples massage was great, fun to do as a couple, massage therapists were professional and great attitudes, easy to set up the appointment. Beds comfortable, heated, good product utilized.

Both receptionists that checked me in & out were lovely--they were both very professional & knowledgeable. Yessenia was also very professional/knowledgeable & took good care of me during my facial. I will def be back & recommend hand & stone to friends/family!

Great experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly aesthetician. The only thing I would add is that in other locations of Hand and Stone, they provide a cloth headband for the person getting a facial to keep your hair back and out of the lotion, face mask, etc. when you are getting a facial. I would recommend providing the cloth headbands to avoid that in the future, but not a big deal. Facial was great.

The customer service was spot on! Very friendly and accommodating! Signed up for the membership and will continue services when I move to Florida!
