I paid extra for deep tissue to target a specific area. Not certain this massage was any different for the extra fee and my problem area got seemingly no extra attention.

I called to have this rectified twice, but I was charged incorrectly for the wrong service. I had three member credits and even though I only received 2 services, a massage and facial, all 3 credits were used.

The pressure at certain points was too much. I have noticed that some of the therapists don't always stay on the muscles but rather tend to push bones and it doesn't feel good at all. There is only 1 therapist there who I have seen that doesn't leave me sore for days after. The majority of the massage was good however some might need better training on how to use the salt stones correctly. She was rubbing my skin as if she was using an eraser, very bizarre.

I booked a 60 min massage plus a scalp massage. Both the full body and massage together was a little less than an hour.

Massages are pretty good to great but prices are starting to get out of control, just 2 years ago it was $59.99 for a massage, now it is $79.99 plus every extra (deep tissue, sport massage) it is another $10 or $20. That's an inflation increase of more than %25 in 2 years!

I was visiting from out of town and thought I'd treat my daughter and myself to a massage. The services were were good, but they were different than my home Hand and Stone in Illinois.

The desk staff either didn't understand or didn't explain the member appreciation rewards flyer, leading me to pay full price for something I was told would be discounted.

My skin is irritated which has never happened before. I had an acne breakout after which I know can happen, but has not ever happened before. It’s really not a big deal, something just didn’t sit right w my skin this time
