Hand and Stone

Appointments need to start on time and be for the FULL 50 mins/1 hr. MTs and estheticians have a HUGE problem at this location starting on time and ending early. I want value for money and that includes getting treatment for the full time that is allotted - not starting late and/or ending early. It's unprofessional and unacceptable.

Last visit (which was a month ago) there was some drilling upstairs that never allowed me to relax. This recent visit ( which was the 7th) the person next door kept talking and there were some door slamming from the bathroom too. Also, the head rest of the bed fell down so my therapist had to seek some new parts which took away from my massage time. The massage was lovely tho, just wish for more silence.

I would love the option to change the music station or the ability to stream your own. Also, please put the intake form back online so we can complete it before the appointment. I hate filling out paperwork in person. I want to be able to read the question/statement and understand what I’m agreeing to without feeling the constant pressure to rush through so I’m not holding up my therapist. It also causes a backup when checking in/out. I had to wait 15 min to check out because people were lined up. Not exactly a relaxing exit.

Not a big deal for me but might be to some others - you could definitely hear everyone around you in other rooms talking/chatting, so maybe it’s just the structure of the building but it gave a very “get in, get out” feel. That said my providers were lovely and I had a good experience overall

The therapist talked more than I preferred. She kept asking me questions. She spent very little time on my back and most time on my shoulders and arms.

My massage did not start on time. I checked in well before my appt time but from my understanding the receptionist did not communicate that with my therapist. My appt was scheduled for 5pm but didn’t get back there until 5:15. Not sure where the communication breakdown occurred. My massage therapist was great; just wish I would have gotten my complete time. However, I would definitely book with her again.

Therapist must had an off day

The esthetician was fantastic. I always request her because she gives great attention to detail when she is working with you and its always a great experience. I do wish this location had a room to wait in like a relaxation room so you can wind down prior to being called into your appointment. With the hustle and bustle of being in Dallas, you're not able to genuinely relax til the massage has started.

i was satisfied. there is no specific reason for me not giving it a "highly satisfied" rating. i got what i needed and am happy.

My appointment time was cut in half because there was broken glass in my room. I was satisfied with receiving half off though.
