I really enjoyed my massage and my experience. I didn’t think much was done above and beyond my expectations so my visit as a whole was satisfying.

I love my massage therapist - she's the most effective therapist I've ever had. However service with the reception in checking out seems to always take a while and there's always a wait. When I'm relaxed after a massage, I'd love this process to be a bit more seamless.

They’re a minor issues sometimes but nothing that would change the fact that I’m mostly satisfied with the service I receive. Minor issues noted include: online booking issues, inconsistency of service quality based on service provider (which could be resolved by selecting preferred provider - I am simply new so I am still open to trying out all atm), wait time / service length following that at times takes away a lil time from noted service time but not much therefore it didn’t bother me much. This is all I can think of at this time after the few visits I had. Again, I am satisfied overall as it was mostly minor things that didn’t bother me that much.

During my facial, didn’t get massaged and my face has not peeled from the $40 extra money I spent to get a peel. The massage room was dirty. The receptionist that helped us book was absolutely amazing and the receptionist that helped us check out was also amazing. Those two made the entire experience great and made it likely for us to return. My massage therapist was good but only massages the back half of my body and had me turn over just to end my massage early so I could make it to my “next appointment “ which started on time after having to wait. The person who did my facial did not massage and I know that’s included in a facial.

My problem areas were not addressed and too much to time was spent on one area. The warmed head support was way too warm and I was never asked if it was acceptable, until it was too warm to bear did I ask for it to be removed. At this time, attention was completely diverted to my neck. Too much attention was paid to my neck and right shoulder, such that the tissue is sore to the touch days later.

Had a couples massage and the other massage therapist working on my wife was a little more chatty than I would’ve liked. He was sweet but a tad over the top.

My therapist did a fine job. The only issue was the construction was so loud I couldn't really relax and enjoy the soft music. My therapist did apologize for the noise but the noise was extremely distracting.

Checked in on time but waited 3-5 minutes before being taken back to the room. Waited another 4-5 minutes for the therapist to come back in the room to start the session after leaving for me to undress and get on the table. Session ended a few minutes early as well. All in all, massage lasted <= 40 mins

Everything was really good just that my massage started about 10 minutes late and ended about 15 minutes early . I understand we are given time to dress and undress but I was ready for appointment 10minutes before appointment , went in after scheduled time undressed in 2 minutes but still waited a while . At end was given a little more then 10 minutes to dress . The massage was so good I just wanted those extra minutes of massage I could have gotten if had started right at schedules appointment .

The person who booked my appointment said I could choose 60 or 90 min massage that was included with my membership at no extra charge. This sounded odd so I confirmed several times and she said it just depended how much time I had but the 90 min was not an additional charge. It was additional and made an awkward checkout experience. Luckily the receptionist resolved it.
