For the most part, I enjoyed my massage and facial. My complaints are that my massage therapist sounded sick (which made me uncomfortable) - and his phone kept going off. During my facial, my therapist did not tell me about any product that she was using, did not tell me before she started extractions, and put the bright light WAY too close to my eyes (even when covered). I did enjoy the facial, I just like to know what is going on. I paid $20 more for a hydrating facial and I don't even know what that entailed or why I spent more money.

I have an issue with my mid back and my therapist was great. It ended however and I was in more discomfort than I was before

Overall everything was great. The linen where I put my head down smelled a little funky but I felt bad saying anything (so that's on me). It would be cool if the rooms had some nice scents in them. Like a little humidifier thingy or something like that. The room didn't smell bad at all, but personally I'm sensitive to smells so when getting a massage a nice scented room is always nice

My biggest observation regards the total massage time spent. Went into the room on the hour (1p), after brief conversation and getting out of cloths then on the table (1:08) massage was finished by 1:50. Total massage time approx 40 (ish) minutes. Wished for more dedicated time per hour. Perhaps build in 15-30 minute buffers between to ensure all patrons receive full time on table.

receptionist did the job and checked in, nice but did nothing beyond (ie no greeting or asking about water). Had to wait for Massage to start. Therapist was good and knowledgeable but perhaps it had a long tiring day, so energy was low

There is a high turnover rate at this location. Every time I find a great therapist, they leave. The therapist, Michael, made me very uneasy. His demeanor was just off, almost as if he were on drugs. The room had dirty linens piled on the floor when I entered. He only noticed them after I had undressed and laid on table. He was breathing very heavily on me the entire massage. I could hear him breathing and feel it on my back. It was a very weird experience. I will never use him again.

I unfortunately don’t love being with a male therapist. I do like being with a female one better and will make sure to secure one

I like most of the therapists I schedule my appointments with, however the few times I've had to schedule a same day appointment or had to be paired with whoever was available because my first choices weren't, I've not liked my experience. I do pole fitness 5 days a week, which is very tolling physically and my only two areas I ever ask to focus on are my hands and back. Typically every therapist is good at focusing on the back area, however there have only been two who properly focus on my hands (Andre and Bernice). It is extremely frustrating to ask to focus on a specific area and it barely be touched. I appreciate Andre and Bernice for focusing on my whole hand, fingers, and back. In addition I will note I rarely use my monthly credit on facials because it seems someone is always trying to up-sale me on a product or service. I pay monthly to come in and enjoy my service, and I understand as a business it is necessary to attempt to increase profits and sales regularly, but it's off putting and makes me delay coming in when I know I'm going to constantly be marketed to and asked to buy more products or services.

My massage therapist started late and ended early. He smelled like cigarette smoke, did not wash his hands before we started, and there was no towel or covering on the bench where my face went which was unsanitary

The front desk person needs to be trained, felt taken advantage of with an upsell from esthetician, check out time took forever
