Ken was amazing. My shoulder pain is much better.

We booked our appointments over the phone it was for me and my mother for mothers day. When we got there they only had one appointment so my mother didnt get her massage. It was so disappointed.

I’ve been coming to H&S for a few years. This is the first time that I’ve had a therapist who did not know what he was doing… at all.

The massage studio was nice. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile. The massage therapist was good, he was very intentional. I appreciate the care he put into my massage. If I could add a little constructive criticism, he needs to spend more time on isolating muscles and working trigger points. Much of the massage was effleurage strokes, which relax you but they are not very therapeutic. Overall a satisfactory massage.

I was offered water both by the reception desk and after my appointment, but no one ever actually gave me any.

Asked therapist to focus on back, neck, and feet. Did great on back, but almost completely ignored the feet. Applied little pressure and only spent a couple minutes total on feet. Pressure was inconsistent on neck. Would sometimes just place hands under my neck and sit there with no pressure at all. Never once asked me how the pressure was. Overall was ok for intro rate, but would not be likely to return.

There seems to be an expectation that I be "Highly Satisfied", and since I was only Satisfied, I must provide justification beyond the questions asked, that seems unreasonable. My massage was great, and everything else was great. I renewed my membership.

Sparkle was great! I enjoyed the facial, except for when she was washing the bowls. I felt that sort of took away from the ambiance, if she waited till the end of the session to wash out the bowls it would have been better. Overall, she did a nice job.

I came in for a facial - not for a service and product upsell. The facial person cherry spent the first 10 mins of facial trying to upsell me other facial options. It immediately left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

The mistake made when booking. The abdominals got zero work. The awful greasy feeling afterwards
