Left a bit sore in some spots, some places hurt a bit during the session and my husband did not get the full amount of time in his session

Upon first entering, there was a sign on the door that masks were not required for vaccinated patrons. My therapist was not wearing a mask, and upon inquiry she admitted she had not been vaccinated. She did offer to wear a mask on request. Given the restrictions posted on the business website, I am surprised that an employee can go unmasked at all times if they are unvaccinated. If I had not asked her directly, then this information would not have been disclosed to me prior to the massage. All the other employees and most of the patrons were masked as appropriate given the current circumstances.

I was perfectly satisfied. I just wasn't blown away, but the value is why I go here. It was exactly what I expected and lived up to my expectations.

My massage therapist had indigestion. He was burping and coughing in the room.

A bit costly and there was hammering sounds in my room

I did not like the pregnancy pillow provided to be face down during the massage as it was not comfortable. Ive been to other places where they have the cut out in the table which works much better when you have a very large belly at the end of your pregnancy.

Made appointment online, had my appointment changed to a time that would make me late to my appointment, then was cut the time that I was late to the appointment

I could have waited less. I also wish I could have came in sooner.

I was highly satisfy

The massage therapists are not consistent. You have some that are very good that are always booked up. The others are horrible. I feel like my child could have done a better job. Too much money to be paying for bad service
