Taylor was great. She was friendly, and I was able to relax more during her facial than during my massage.

The massage therapist gave appropriate attention to my problem areas. She seemed knowledgeable. However, the overall effect felt hurried. It was not particularly relaxing. I don't know if this was due to the type of massage (Himalayan), but I am more used to a more moderate pace. The room was a bit chilly by the end of the massage, but the lighting and music were great.

My appointment didn’t begin until 10 minutes after my appointment time; I indicated that I’d feel more comfortable with my therapist wearing a mask, but she didn’t. WAY too much oil so I had to shower it all off after and felt gross but it was a great massage and really friendly people so I’ll definitely be back!

I canceled my membership back in January and upon looking at my bank statement 4 months later, learned that I was still being charged for an active membership. After calling, I was told that this was because the staff member who “cancelled” my membership did not have the authorization to do so, and a manager never called to confirm the cancellation. This was quite frustrating because I was never told that a manager would have to call to actually cancel my membership, and if I was I would have been proactive about calling the manager to cancel, seeing as though the staff at this location neglected to do so. Apart from this instance, the timeliness, professionalism, cleanliness, and the massages were all excellent.

There was construction going on next door so during my massage I heard constant drilling and hammering during my whole massage. The massage therapist compensated by turning up the music, but that just added more noise. I know there is nothing to be done about outside noises, just turned a supposed to be relaxing time less relaxing. Massage therapist and staff were all amazing though!

Recommend making it a standard practice to ask customers upfront the level of pressure they would like. I prefer tougher massages but only received a very light-handed one.

I had both a massage and a facial, the massage was great but with the facial I feel like they are always trying to upgrade or sell you something. Sometimes you just want a facial to relax and not be upsold constantly. At my previous visit the week before the massage therapist just didn't show up so my overall experience was a bit tainted.
