Two things I noticed/experienced was that it was very crowded in the space when I arrived and while I know it’s hard to social distance, there were quite a lot of people in the halls and bumping into one another. I’m so glad you are busy and there is lots of work for employees, but it just felt very crowded. The other thing I experienced that could also be due to the space was that there was no where for me to wait or guidance between services and I was put in an empty treatment room and waited for my next service. It wasn’t the most relaxing way to wait and it did make me feel like I might be forgotten. I realize this isn’t a full service spa so I don’t expect a relaxation space, but maybe the communication about what to do between treatments would be helpful.

1. my MT was late for my aptmt. 2. i asked the MT to specifically work on my left side and my frozen shoulder issue, and he barely touched the area 3. i booked a deep tissue massage and then when i went to check out, you tried charging my additional. you must tell clients if there is an additional charge BEFORE they accept services - not after 4. i asked my MT to apply deep tissue, and he did sometimes and not others - inconsistent

Online descriptions of massages should be clearer. I was unable to fully understand the difference between sports and deep tissue until the therapist explained and I upgraded to deep tissue. Room was a little messy since it must’ve been for a couple’s massage. Just didn’t feel as intimate / relaxing. The website is awful to navigate.

I really needed a deep tissue massage and I don’t feel that I got that.

The music provided is a big part of the experience but in this case the same round of music was played repeatedly the entire time I was there. I think some variety would be nice and a better choice of music. Frankly it was not good. The masseuse was very nice and friendly. I expected a little more attention to my problem area but it didn't happen. I find that this happens all the time. Maybe I should have reminded him/her. Overall I was happy and relaxed when I left the store.

My original appointment was canceled 45 minutes before my scheduled time.

My facial experience was exceptional. The massage and foot exfoliate was mediocre.

I was satisfied but not highly because my neck area was not massaged. I have given specific areas to work on but said not to neglect the whole massage.
