The biggest issue for me was the receptionist was wearing mask that covered only her mouth. Her nose was completely exposed and she made no attempts to cover it. This is so discomfiting and did make me nervous about the sanitation practices and habits of the rest of the employees, even though my aesthetician seemed to do a better job of properly masking.

- Checkin process was great - Therapist was wonderful ! ** Room was VERY cold. Floor was a little dirty. Would be nice to lie on a heated table or receive warm towels at one point. Also, other competitors offer eye masks when facing upwards. Would be a nice gesture (post covid I guess). Good music but loud noise from room next door when client arrived.

The facial was great, my biggest issue was during the massage, that my problem area that I pointed out (upper shoulder/ traps tightness) was not addressed by the masseuse, and that was what drove me to get the membership (I also paid more for hot stones this time that weren’t used on my problem area)... the masseuse asked the employee giving the facial to work on my shoulders.. both employees were very kind and performed their jobs well, and I’m only being candid with my feedback in the hopes that it is constructive - saying everything is 100% is not realistic . I’ll continue my membership and don’t mind working with these employees in the future, I’m just going to be more cautious before agreeing to upcharges.

I asked for specific focus areas that weren’t focused on. I asked for deep tissue and it wasn’t. It was only 45 mins instead of 50

I had also made an appointment for a facial, it was rescheduled than cancelled due to availability of facial specialist, so I was a little disappointed.

Since I've had a membership, it has been difficult to get someone on the phone to book an appt. Lately, that has improved. I've also had a hard time booking times and this was before the pandemic. Right now, that's understandable. Before the pandemic I waited almost 3 months before being able to book something. Part of the problem was getting someone on the phone and finding availability once I did. All and all, it's a nice place for a massage and the staff does an excellent job.

I asked for a facial. I was booked for a massage. I had to wait an hour for a facialist to be available. i got a free upgrade. Wish booking had been correct but the receptionist did her best to make it good.
