The duration of the massage is more 40-45 minutes. A massage advertised as an hour should be 50-55min

I booked an appointment for myself and a friend. When we got there, my therapist was not the one I had selected (female) online and received the confirmation for. When I raised up the issue the staff told me that I had in fact booked it with the person I did not (male). I just went in anyways because I didn’t want to raise a scene. Luckily the therapist was excellent. When I was checking out, I raised the issue again and said while the massage was great, something went wrong with the booking and the staff member just said “oh sometimes the system is weird”. If the system is malfunctioning, it needs to be fixed. For my friends massage, she said her therapist was chatting throughout the massage and while she enjoyed the massage itself, she would not book again with that therapist.

I asked for focusing on the back and the masseur tried to do my legs. I got a headache from the massage. My back hurts more now.

Near the bathrooms it smelly really bad. Obviously it’s a bathroom, but just walking by it smelled wretched. Either have candles burning or automatic room sprays to minimize odors. Extremely unpleasant

I have had a Hand and Stone membership for about a year now. I always booked a deep tissue massage for $59.95/month. I put it on hold from about June-December and just restarted it. At my appointment yesterday, I was told that there is a $10 additional fee for deep tissue massages as part of the membership. This was not part of my original agreement and I am not sure why this has changed. I definitely was not informed. I will not pay that fee and if that is required, I will be moving to another massage facility.

I am satisfied with my experience, but I am still getting to know this place as price convenient wise and how flexible can they be with my schedule. I would also like to be more informed of what it is available . But other than that, everyone have been awesome especially the guys from the morning shift. I really loved their customer service and their honesty..That was the main reason of why my friend and I decided to stay there because of the warm welcoming.

I think my therapist was not told to add lavender to my product. I could not smell it.

A little light on the massage. Not a person who joins monthly. Sadly, I live out of town.

The massage therapist felt very new at what he was doing, the massage was relaxing but it felt like the majority of the massage was long gentle rubs rather than a massage. He increased the pressure when I asked which was great, but the massage as a whole didn’t feel like a true “massage”.

My aesthetician was 10 minutes late for my appointment. I didn't receive any product recommendations. She did not perform extractions on many problem areas. My massage therapist did not use enough pressure. She did a scalp massage while my hair was in a ponytail which caused discomfort. No tension was relieved in the areas I wanted specific attention to.
