Massages feel rushed. Would like therapist to slow down and rub more continuously. Also would like to have more of a spa feel in waiting room, maybe waterfall or essential oils going on.

the massage was relaxing but did not complete the full body therefore did not apply to all the areas needed.

Took multiple phone calls to multiple locations to find a time that was available for a couple’s massage. Also, it was difficult to book a time for two female therapist. Appointment did not start on time.

Only problem I had was they rescheduled my appointment twice. Not necessarily mad because their reasoning sounded good for it to be rescheduled. Overall really great experience.

I was almost highly satisfied. All the massages that day were running a bit behind, so I had a 50 min massage instead of a 60.

My skin person was not that personable. Everything else and the front desk ladies were awesome

The masseuse was a little "rough around the edges," in that the way he conversed, moved around the sheets, did not provide me a hot towel to wipe off with...I'm sure he is well-intentioned. It's just hard to have Kenneth-level service in another masseuse!

I would only give a score of highly satisfied if I was blown away by something or if something really stood out in my mind. The experience was fine but nothing special. I used to be a member with a different massage chain and their services were comparable and even a little less costly.

I felt that the $15 scalp massage was a rip off.. I was unhappy that I paid $15 extra dollars to just get my head massaged (barely any product cost in this) and had to skip out on the neck massage instead. I would have rather had a neck massage (for free). Also, my esthetician recommend I try micro derm and then proceeded to just do it without obtaining my consent and charged me for it. Overall, I think the facial was great, I just think I was tricked into some extra costs.
