It was very relaxing I just wish there was soft music playing in the room. It was quiet, but I like soothing music

Just used to more facial massage time, everything felt hurried. Also there was no explanation of products used.

I liked the facial, but I think it could be better. I shared my concerns about the lack of firmness of my skin with the esthetician, but the treatment didn't cover that area.

I paid for a deep tissue massage, however even after asking for more pressure during the massage, I would still consider the pressure to be very light. I wrote on my paper that I wanted to focus on my upper back, shoulders and neck, but quite a bit of time was still spent on my lower back, legs and feet. Hardly anytime spent on my upper back. Mainly just shoulders and lower back.

Everything was satisfactory but not above what I would expect to rate it highly satisfied. Tough grader I guess.

My regular therapist has been unable to make my appointment twice, which means I’ve had to meet with different therapists who haven’t been as good. It hasn’t been her fault, as she’s had medical issues apparently. I’ve also been asked to reschedule a few times by the spa to accommodate schedules. Other than that, it has been a good experience.

The therapist ended early. I didn’t get a complete 50 min facial. I did arrive early in hopes that she could see me earlier and even the receptionist who was super friendly went to see if he could help her so we could start early. We didn’t (which was fine) but it ended early :(

Table could be warmer. Scent of oil isn’t relaxing. Add ons eat into the time of the actual massage, and i was not aware of that

It was a good satisfaction. The prices especially for the add on are a bit much but other than that I really enjoy my experience there.
