While the most recent massage therapist was nice I could tell she was new, which was fine but she started out strong and then finished weak, yawning throughout most of the session which was a pretty big distraction for me. She also finished several minutes early. Needless to say my monthly massage was a waste this time. I still left a tip for etiquette purposes but it was hard to tip 20% of the retail price for this one.

For the price it is a great spa experience; however, I will say that my last massage therapist could have used our full time. She ended my massage 5 minutes early.

I was satisfied with my experience. Highly Satisfied would be a bit more of a spa-like experience. This was much more transactional in nature.

Very unstatisfied with the experience booking through the app. I was unable to select a different location to book my apt. I eventually called instead. The app needs major work to be satisfactory.

I had only taken one professional massage before this one. Having said this i was unaware that the add ons, such as BIOFREEZE and foot rub require the therapist to use gloves, this feels very akward, next time I just won't select these type of add-ons or make sure no gloves are used. The therapist was very good, i'm sure this is per policy/procedure.

Uncomfortable waiting room- nowhere to relax. Incredibly warm. Esthetician was great but I wish there was somewhere you could make a preference of chattiness level.

The online booking tool would not allow me to book the appointment that I wanted. In addition the wait on the phone and in person seemed rather long.

Asked for firm pressure during my massage and don't believe it was that firm. My masseuse did not ask if there were any specific areas I would like for his to focus on. Felt that the massage was more rubbing than actually massaging to get knots out, help with pain, etc.

Time it took after filling paperwork to get to actual room for facial.

I went in with a free service through a special offered by my apartment complex, I knew I would get a sales pitch but it was pretty hard nosed. There were 3 associates, one appeared to be more of a manager, who were standing there at the end. The woman working the register, taking my payment and the male were definitely hard-pitching a subscription and acted surprised that I didn't take them up on it. It was just pretty used-car-esque and off-putting. I loved the service and Yessinia was so nice, providing a wonderful and relaxing facial. Just the sales pitch at the end was too much.
