Did not realize that scalp massage cost extra, plus took away time from other areas. Would not have added on if I had realized. Should present it verbally as an upgrade if that’s what it is (I’ve had other massage therapists do scalp massage for free and they ask only because it messes up your hair, which is what I thought she was asking).
